Forever Young Picture Book Art Exhibition

So the Grandaughter called the dog. You’re invited! Join me in meeting the artists at the reception for the Forever Young Picture Book Exhibition at the Mosesian Center for the Arts, 321 Arsenal street, Watertown, MA, Thursday, on July 27 from 3-7 pm. I’m so honored that my woodcut “So the granddaughter called the dog” (from Aleksei Tolstoy’s story the Gigantic Turnip) will be one picture book illustration among many included. Thanks so much to jurors, agent Mela Bolinao, of mbartists.com and Nick Patton, of picturebooking.com, for selecting my work to be part of the show. Thanks to my great SCBWI critique group for all their support, Lilla Rogers and Zoe Tucker for all their help in the Make Art That Sells Illustrating Children’s Books Class, and also, a big thank you to the Mosesian Center’s Kimberly Thompson for putting this show together. I can’t wait to see the show and meet the artists. I look forward to seeing you, there, too! The show runs July 13 through September 8.
