SAT Mar 15 at 10 AM – SAFE CROSSING: Kari Percival & Spring Amphibians – Keene Public Library, Keene NH in collaboration with the Harris Center for Conservation Education and Toadstool Books. Spring Amphibians with Kari Percival: SAFE CROSSING story time, signing, local amphibian conservation info session with Conservation Biologist and Community Science Coordinator Brett Amy Thelen. Frog-calling contest and other fun, family-friendly activities. Register here with the Harris Center.
TUE Mar 25, 6-8 PM – Young Writers and Illustrators Meet, Greet & Create! At the Boys & Girls Club of Metro North’s Saugus location (at the Square One Mall next to Dick’s Sporting Goods. – A fun event where kids from toddlers to teens get a free book, meet authors and celebrate words and creative community!

Special Story time with Kari Percival and amphibian migration presentation in with Katie Koerten of the Hitchcock Center for the Environment. See one of the true-to-life salamander tunnel inspirations for the book and find out how you can volunteer! Also collaborate on a spotted salamander art installation!
