I am so honored to find out I’ve been awarded the Peter Davis Emerging Artist Scholarship at this year’s NESCBWI conference in Springfield, MA. I’ve won free tuition to a day at a future NESCBWI conference. (I only hope that there is hot apple crisp again!) I’d like to express my sincere gratitude for this recognition. Thank you so much, NESCBWI! It feels like coming home to join this wonderful community of kid lit artists.
